  • "My 2005 Suzuki Bandit GSF 1200S has been running rough for several years. I took it to the Suzuki dealer and spent hundreds of dollars trying to get it fixed to no avail, it just kept getting worse. I finally gave up on them. Several years pass and I decide to either get it running or sell it since it was basically not drivable and I didn't want to spend more than the bike was worth trying to rescue it from the salvage yard. Enter the excellent mechanics at Elite Powersports. I limp the bike over to them to see what they can do and in a very short time, they tell me to come pick it up...?! Okay. I'll be honest my expectations were pretty low but holy smokes! I fire the Bandit up and it's running smoothly.... warm it up and take it for a ride and I was amazed! It's running as well as it ever has.. idling evenly, accelerating both smoothly and powerfully like it was a new motorcycle. Everything was put back together in immaculate fashion, no missing screws or loose panels. Thank you Elite Powersports! I'll be back for any service or equipment I need going forward. Excellent work."

  • "Needed dual sport tires on my Vstrom. Sam in the Service Dept was awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. He showed me what they had available and sure enough, they had the tires I narrowed down to via online searching, and their prices were very reasonable compared to online. Got my bike in the next morning, they got them installed, balanced, etc., and did a quick spring check on my bike and I was done in about 2 hrs. Great experience with Sam, the Service Dept guys and the parts counter. Would definitely recommend Rocky Mtn Kaw and will use them again for my next parts & service."

  • "We left pa the 18th of June going to the San Juan Islands in Washington State. On our return leg, I thought that our bike might be linking oil and needed it to be looked at. We were in Longmont and found Rocky Mountain Kawasaki on the internet. Showed up the 8th of July just before they opened. Jeff took my bike in checked it out and had us on the road by 10 o'clock. Nothing wrong with bike. It's real nice to know that there are still businesses out there that feels the service for their customs are first. While waiting for my bike, I looked around and found a very nice place to look around both bikes and apparel. Thanks again for the help and if I'm ever in that area again, I stop by."

  • "I had a great experience buying my Vulcan S from Mikaela, and she had it ready to deliver later in the day as promised. Finance department got me the rate and term I wanted, all in all a very smooth, quick deal. I had shopped another Kawasaki dealer closer to where I live, and the experience on the floor at that dealer was so poor that I decided not to buy from them. Rocky Mountain Kawasaki was a completely different experience, not only was I treated with respect but I could tell my business was valued. I'd recommend buying from Rocky Mountain Kawasaki!"

  • "Hey guys, sorry it took a while to get around to this. First of all the bike is super special to me, and thank you guys for making a 30 year old dream come through for this old man. It exceeds my expectations for what I thought it would be. The bike is in great condition considering it is 30 years old. There where a few mechanical issues with the bike when I first received it,but Marshall and Daniel stood tall, and like a real honest business man took care of it for me with no problems whatsoever. Considering I am in PA, and they are in Colorado. The people at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki are good honest people , and I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future. I have enclosed a couple of photos of my 85 GPz900 and my 07 ZZR600. This bike is a fine addition to my family,and I am one happy camper.

  • "I've been to so many dealerships and parts houses where the people were smug, indifferent or just plain rude. The people I encountered at RMK were great. Everyone was friendly and wiling to help. I was looking for a pair of MX boots and the salesman was very helpful in getting me the right ones. There are alot of places around to buy equipment but I'll be coming back to these guys from now on."

  • "I stopped by RMK looking for a 2nd bike, an around-town ride to spare my aging-gracefully 96 sport tour. I test drove more than a few used RMK bikes around the block that day. Barely a day later, I left with an 05 sport tour bike after trading my 96 instead of going the 2-bike route. My trade-in and RMKs used bike were both fairly priced, and a creature-comfort upgrade became affordable as well. I compliment RMK for recognizing when a customer finds a creature comfort to be a near necessity. It makes for a safer, less-anxious rider. My experience at RMK reinforces world-class business/manufacturing practice: When every part of a process is managed properly, a great result is inevitable. Thanks RMK for a really positive sales, service, and rider-safety-focused approach. Understanding a customer as somebody more than a buyer, but also a rider with possibly unique rider-safety needs is professionalism in short supply. Discussing the matter on a used bike purchase was refreshing. Now the fun can happen (safely)! Though the new ride isnt a Kawi, youve got the right people on your team, and Ill be happy to bring my bike back for servicing. What a great experience."

  • "I live in Superior and would go to Denver or boulder for ships. After ALWAYS being upset that I spent my money with other shops due to horrible service all around. Ships not doing what they said they would, charging a LOT for bad sales, and service I figured I would try yet another place hoping maybe just maybe customer service and quality work existed in a motorcycle shop I went to Rocky Mountain Kawasaki. I have been there a few times and never disappointed. I just dropped off another bike today and the women at the desk and everyone else I talked to were AMAZING. Zac in the service department helped me today and I was so happy that the service here was not hit or miss. Zac was such a great help I figured I would write this review. Rocky Mountain Kawasaki has my business (even though I don't own a Kawasaki)."

  • "Rick and the service team are terrific! Our ATV with a plow attachment had a broken weld and the adjustment of it was way off. I drove for over an hour to RMK from Black Hawk and Rick made sure the ATV was repaired and serviced in the same day so I didn't have to drive back & forth more than once. I'm very impressed and highly recommend them."

  • "I have a rare vintage machine that can be a challenge to find parts for. In trying to resolve a jetting issue, I went to two different shops closer to my house prior to visiting RMK. Both shops gave me a puzzled look as soon as I told them what machine I was working on, and told me they couldn't help me even though I knew they had the parts I needed. The parts guru at the RMK counter was not intimidated in the slightest by my machine, and was determined to work through my issue and find a solution. As I was trying to find the appropriate jetting through the ""guess and check"" method, I was anticipating at least a couple tries before I dialed in my machine. In finding a solution, RMK brought out their master mechanic genius to give his opinion. He knew immediately what rout to take, and advised me on a starting point for the jetting. And although I was anticipating a long road, this guy got it perfect on the first crack! This is the second time the RMK team saved me hours with a wonder solution. 5-Star parts and service, will go the extra mile every time to get it right!!!"
